Peanut Butter & Chocolate Ice Cream

Peanut butter and chocolate ice cream with crushed up pieces of M&M's, what's not to like?!

 1 ⅛ cups Peanut Butter
 1 cup Sugar
 ½ cup Cocoa Powder
 ½ cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread
 1 ½ cups Whole Milk
 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

In a large bowl, combine the Peanut Butter, Sugar, Cocoa Powder, and Nutella with a hand mixer.


When smooth, gently mix in 1.5 cups cold milk


Add in 2 cups heavy whipping cream and 2 tsp Vanilla Extract


Put mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour to completely cool.


Take mixture out of the refrigerator and pour into your ice cream maker. Follow the steps for your particular model.

Add crushed M&M's about 3/4 the way through your churning process.

If using a Cuisinart ICE-30BC, churn for 25 minutes, adding the cookies in at the 20-minute mark.

When the cycle has completed, transfer the ice cream to freezer-safe containers and store.
