Bread: Classic Italian (Bread Maker)

I have a POHL SCHMITT Bread Maker Stainless Steel Bread Maker

DifficultyBeginner

Make a classic loaf of Italian bread with ease using your bread machine! This straightforward recipe combines warm water, olive oil, bread flour, sugar, salt, and active dry yeast in the machine — then uses the Basic cycle with maximum crust browning to produce a golden, aromatic loaf perfect for sandwiches, dipping, or toast.
